Jo Ann Lohne was trained at The American School of Protocol in Atlanta and was certified as an Etiquette Trainer by them. Ms. Lohne graduated from The University of Pittsburgh and later earned a MSEd from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. She has worked with children and adults in various fields of public and private education. It is Ms. Lohne’s belief that professional protocol training is a vital component in developing one’s confidence, poise and performance in all arenas.
